I firmly believe that in education, the child should be the focus of how to teach. If children have educational gaps, they do not simply need more practice. They need to be retaught those missing skills at their level and in their learning style.
Whether that's filling in reading gaps or helping with math concepts, my goal is to give your child the confidence to succeed in school.

I am a wife, mom of two beautiful children, veteran of the public school system (I taught Kindergarten, 2nd, and student-taught 3rd grade), and committed follower of Jesus.

I believe in a child-focused approach to learning that takes the time to find educational gaps and fix them instead of simply providing homework help. Having a strong learning foundation in the elementary years is essential to a successful (and enjoyable) middle and high school career and beyond.
